Lakeside Apartments of Granbury offers the following 3 floor plan options:

Deposits: 

• Standard Security Deposit:

  • Tenant may pay a refundable security deposit of $500.00 upon signing this lease.
  • This deposit will be held by the landlord/property manager and returned to the tenant upon move-out, less any deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or other lease violations as outlined in the terms of the agreement.

• SayRhino Deposit Replacement Option:

  • Tenant may opt to use SayRhino, a third-party deposit replacement service, instead of paying the $500.00 security deposit upfront.
  • By choosing SayRhino, the tenant agrees to pay a non-refundable monthly fee directly to SayRhino, as determined by their pricing structure.
  • The tenant understands that this option does not eliminate liability for damages, unpaid rent, or other charges as outlined in the lease. SayRhino may bill the tenant for these amounts if applicable.

Risk Fee: Applicants with no rental history pay additional $500.

Alternative Option for The Brazos: 1 bedroom / 1 bath, fully-furnished, all bills paid unit with 580 Sq feet = $1,500.00/month + $300.00 deposit. 3-month minimum requirement.

Online payments only: $75 convenience fee added if paid in the office

Fees: An application fee of $50.00 per adult and a non-refundable Admin Fee of $100.00 for a 1/1 and $200.00 for a 2/2 are required with each application. All of the above prices are for a 12-month lease.

Pets: We are pet friendly. One pet is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 and two is $500.00. Pet rent is an additional $25/month. Breed and size restrictions apply.
