Need a short-term, move-in-ready solution?
Ask about our two fully furnished, all-bills-paid Brazos unit. Rent starts at $1,500/month plus a $500 deposit or SayRhino. This option requires a minimum 3-month lease.

Deposits & Fees

Security Deposit Options

Lakeside Granbury apartment offers two leasing deposit options.

Standard Deposit: This $500 refundable deposit is held and returned at move-out, less any deductions for damages or other lease violations. For more information, refer to the terms outlined in the lease agreement. (terms apply)
SayRhino: Skip the upfront deposit and pay a lower non-refundable monthly fee with Residents are still liable for damages and other charges outlined in the lease and will be billed by SayRhino if those fees apply.

Additional Costs

Risk Fee: $500 if you don’t have a rental history
Application Fee: $50 per adult
Admin Fee: $100 (1 bed) or $200 (2 bed)
In-Office Payments: Residents pay rent using our resident portal. There is a $75 fee for payments made in-office.

Pet Policy

Lakeside Granbury apartments are pet-friendly! Breed and weight restrictions apply.

1 Pet: $300 non-refundable fee
2 Pets: $500 non-refundable fee
Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
